Last updated · 7 August 2026
This privacy policy explains how Monematics Ltd (company no. 17375549, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) ('we', 'us', 'our') collects and uses personal data when you use monematics.com and the Monematics indicator suite for MetaTrader 4 and 5.
We collect only the personal data needed to run the service. We do not buy data, and we do not run third-party advertising on our site.
We use your personal data for the following purposes.
Under UK data protection law we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the subscription you have asked for), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the service), your consent where we ask for it, and compliance with legal obligations.
We share personal data only with the processors needed to run the service, and only to the extent they need it.
Some of our processors operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards, including the standard contractual clauses put in place by those processors.
We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active, plus the retention periods required by law and for billing and tax purposes. When you close your account we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.
You have rights over your personal data, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time.
We use only the essential cookies and local storage required for authentication, payment and site security, set by Clerk, Stripe and our content delivery provider. We do not use advertising cookies.
We use encryption in transit, restrict access to personal data to those who need it, and rely on the security measures of our processors (Clerk, Stripe, Keygen, OVHcloud and Cloudflare) for the data they hold. If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office in line with our legal obligations, including within 72 hours where required.
The service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
